Job Description:
We are looking to hire an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to handle all government transactions, including visa processing, labor contracts, secondment permits, RTA, and company license renewals. The ideal candidate must be familiar with all major UAE systems and capable of independently completing all processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Visa applications, renewals, and cancellations via MOHRE and GDRFA
• Handling of Temporary Work Permit – Secondment
• Labor quota management and establishment card renewals
• Direct interaction with Tasheel, Amer, and other UAE portals
• Timely follow-up and tracking of government submissions
• Maintaining complete PRO records and compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of direct PRO experience in the UAE
• In-depth knowledge of UAE labor and immigration regulations
• Familiarity with secondment processes and bulk visa handling
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
