Sales Manager – National Gym Brand (Full-Time) Location: Multiple branches Schedule: 6 days/week, 9 hours/day Compensation: Basic salary + attractive commission structure About the Role We are one of the largest and fastest-growing gym chains in the country, and we are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and expand our high-performing sales team. The name of the gym will be shared during the interview stage. This is a full-time leadership position for someone with strong industry knowledge, excellent people-management skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing a large team in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20+ sales agents across multiple branches. Conduct regular performance evaluations, coaching, and training sessions. Ensure sales agents meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Foster a high-energy, positive, and competitive sales environment. Sales Strategy & Growth Develop and implement strong sales strategies that drive new membership acquisition. Forecast sales performance and create action plans to meet or exceed targets. Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies based on performance and market trends. Lead Management & CRM Oversight Oversee the full lead lifecycle—from collection to distribution and follow-up. Sort, qualify, and assign leads through the CRM system based on branch location and agent availability. Monitor lead conversion rates and ensure proper follow-up procedures. Maintain an updated, organized pipeline of prospects and opportunities. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with branch managers, marketing teams, and senior leadership. Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, insights, and recommendations. Support marketing initiatives by ensuring leads generated from campaigns are fully optimized. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based industries. Strong understanding of modern sales processes, KPIs, and team motivation. Proven experience managing large teams (20+ agents). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making. Ability to work 6 days per week, 9 hours per day. Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills Background in the fitness industry or gym membership sales. Strong knowledge of lead funnels, sales pipelines, and conversion optimization.
