Are you a seasoned real estate professional with strong leadership skills and deep market knowledge? Our growing real estate company is looking for a Team Leader to guide, mentor, and elevate our Rentals & Secondary Market team.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking a proactive leader who can manage a team of agents, drive performance, and provide expert guidance in Dubai’s rental and secondary property markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, motivate, and train a team of real estate agents
• Oversee rental and secondary market operations to ensure targets are met
• Provide market insights, pricing strategies, and negotiation support
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
• Assist agents with client handling, deal closures, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA standards
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the team’s performance and market reach
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE real estate experience (rental/secondary market preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and trends
• RERA certification (preferred)
• Ability to guide, train, and inspire a team
