Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyors (Civil & MEP) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract functions with 5 to 8 years of UAE/ Dubai experience.
Key Responsibilities:
For Pre-Contract:
-Preparation of BOQs, cost estimates, and tender documents
-Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements
-Rate analysis and material take-offs
-Evaluate subcontractor/supplier quotations
-Support tendering and contract negotiation
-Conduct value engineering assessments to optimize project costs without compromising quality and performance.
For Post-Contract:
-Site measurements, progress valuations, and billing
-Handle variations, change orders, and claims
-Prepare interim and final payment certificates
-Track project cost and budget controls
-Liaise with project managers, site engineers, and clients
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying
-5 to 8 years of UAE/Duabi experience in Civil and/or MEP projects
-Strong knowledge of FIDIC, estimation, tendering, and contract management
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Quantity Take-off Software
-Excellent communication and commercial skills
-Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
-Manage contractual agreement and related documents
