Profile & Skills:
• 1+ year of SMM experience (real estate experience is a plus).
• English at B2 or above (Russian language additionaly is preferred).
• Content production: content plans and scripts for Reels/Shorts, storyboards, basic editing (CapCut/Captions).
• Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/Shorts; strong grasp of algorithms and best practices.
• Copywriting for investment topics (case studies, ROI, flipping, rental, area overviews).
• Influencers/UGC: sourcing, briefing, tracking deliverables and results.
• Graphic design skills: confident in Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva.
Responsibilities
• Monthly/quarterly content strategy; video-first content plan, calendar, and rubrication.
• Production: oversee shoots/editing of short videos, carousels; prepare speaker scripts.
• Publishing & community management (comments, DM funnels, auto-replies).
• Reputation/UGC/influencers: negotiations, agreements, KPI control.
• Weekly reports: content, growth, leads, insights, and next-week test plan.
• Compliance with UAE promo rules (NMC / Advertiser Permit awareness).
KPIs
• Content: 4–5 posts per week (static + Reels) + daily Stories (static/video).
• Growth: targeted net growth without artificial methods; audience quality (geo/interests).
• Timeliness: on-schedule delivery per calendar and reporting cadence.
Reports:
Reports to Marketing Manager.
Daily: Submit attendance (check-in & check-out).
Monthly: Social media performance metrics including views, reach, likes, and engagement.

Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM
