We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry & Sales Invoice Assistant to manage accurate data entry, prepare sales invoices, handle customer coordination, and support documentation processes. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, good typing speed, and a solid understanding of basic business operations. Knowledge of Arabic will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Documentation
• Accurately enter data into the system, ensuring completeness and correctness.
• Update customer-related documents and maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Scan, upload, and store documents as required.
2. Sales Invoicing & Credit Notes
• Prepare and process sales invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate and follow up on credit notes where applicable.
• Verify invoice details with sales and operations teams.
3. Customer Coordination & Support
• Communicate with customers regarding invoice or credit note discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Share updated statements of accounts (SOA) with customers and follow up on payments when necessary.
• Provide general customer support to maintain strong business relationships.
4. Administrative & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support daily administrative tasks and assist with reporting when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, High school/Secondary minimum (Business, Accounting, or related field is an advantage).
Technical Skills
• Good computer literacy, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Reasonable typing speed with accuracy.
• Experience with invoicing or ERP systems is a plus.
Communication Skills
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Arabic language skills are an added advantage.

Experience
• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, invoicing, or administrative roles preferred.
