Description

We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Sales Executive to drive growth and manage key accounts within the UAE's competitive automotive aftermarket industry. The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional responsible for maximizing sales volume for both spare parts and automotive batteries across the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities 1. Sales and Business Development: Achieve and exceed defined sales volume targets for both automotive spare parts and batteries within the designated region. Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new dealership partners to expand market presence. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new market segments and improve overall sales performance. 2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers and distribution channels. Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Leverage deep local market and customer knowledge to provide a competitive advantage (a significant plus). 3. Financial and Operational Oversight: Ensure the timely collection of payments and manage accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow. Coordinate with Customer Care Executives for the efficient preparation and processing of invoices, warranty forms, and sales returns. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company's system. 4. Market Intelligence and Strategy: Monitor, analyze, and report on regional market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to the Head of Sales. Recommend and identify opportunities for product portfolio expansion and sales process improvements. Required Qualifications and Experience Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of progressive, verifiable sales experience within the Automotive Spare Parts industry in the UAE. Product Knowledge: Direct experience in the sales and distribution of Automotive Batteries and Spare Parts. Driving: Must possess a valid Dubai Driving License. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi is required due to the nature of local business operations and customer base. Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard computer operations and business software (e.g., MS Office Suite, CRM software).
