Description

We are looking Sales Manager for leading the sales efforts, driving market penetration, and achieving maximum sales profitability and growth within the automotive, fleet, and industrial lubricant sectors in the UAE and the potentially wider Middle East region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Planning • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve assigned volumetric and product mix targets in the UAE and Oman. • Conduct market analysis to monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and emerging business opportunities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly. • Prepare and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts and budgets. 2. Sales & Business Development • Identify, prospect, and secure new customers across various channels, including automotive workshops, fleet operators, distributors, and industrial clients. • Acquire and grow key accounts to strengthen the company's market presence. • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and conduct frequent on-site customer visits (fieldwork) to understand their needs and promote the full product range. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers. 3. Team & Distributor Management • Achieve sales targets and departmental results. • Train and mentor distributor sales coordination teams in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. • Identify network coverage gaps and create plans to attract and onboard new dealers. 4. Technical & Operational • Conduct product presentations and technical consultations to recommend appropriate lubricant products and value-added solutions. • Coordinate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and support, maintaining a high service level for customers. • Ensure all commercial activities comply with health, safety, environment, and quality (HSE&Q) standards. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications and Skills Experience & Education • Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in lubricant sales, preferably in the UAE/GCC automotive or industrial sectors. • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Commerce, or Mechanical Engineering). Technical Knowledge • Detailed understanding of petroleum products, lubricant applications (equipment), and market logistics. Skills • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • Strong negotiation and contract management abilities. • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team. • Excellent analytical and comprehension skills for financial data and market trends. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Other • Language: Fluent in English & Arabic is a strong advantage. • Driving: Valid UAE driving license and deep understanding and respect for UAE/Oman business practices and cultural norms.
