Location: Pilates & Lagree Studio
Reports to: Studio Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary
The Senior Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily studio operations. This role requires strong experience with the MINDBODY system, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively between clients, instructors, and management in a Pilates and Lagree studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage front desk operations and ensure a professional, welcoming experience for all clients
• Operate and maintain the MINDBODY application, including:
• Class scheduling and bookings
• Client profiles and memberships
• Payments, packages, and reports
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding:
• Class schedules, policies, and studio rules
• Memberships, packages, and promotions
• Feedback, concerns, and special requests
• Coordinate daily schedules and operational needs with Pilates and Lagree instructors
• Handle instructor attendance, substitutions, and class updates through MINDBODY
• Support studio management with reports, attendance tracking, and basic administrative tasks
• Ensure studio policies, safety guidelines, and cleanliness standards are followed
• Assist in training junior receptionists when required
Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Receptionist or Front Desk Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of the MINDBODY system (mandatory)
• Previous experience in a Pilates, Lagree, or boutique fitness studio
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
