The Telesales Executive – Financial Markets is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s financial products and services through outbound telephone communication. The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship building, and achieving sales targets while strictly adhering to regulatory and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote financial market–related products and services
Clearly present information on trading platforms, investment services, and market offerings in a professional and compliant manner
Identify client needs and provide appropriate product solutions without providing unauthorized financial advice
Generate qualified leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into active clients
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
