This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination with government authorities and timely execution of company-related tasks. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of proven experience as a PRO in the UAE, with strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, excellent field coordination skills, and a high level of professionalism, discretion, and initiative. Role Breakdown: * 70% – PRO Functions * Government relations and coordination (MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Dubai Courts, Police, Economic Departments, etc.) * Visa processing (employment, family, cancellations, renewals) * Trade license, labor card, Emirates ID, medicals, and other regulatory documentation * HR-related documentation and compliance support * Maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory deadlines are met * 30% – Driver, Messenger & Field Support * Document delivery and collection * Payments, submissions, and in-person government visits * Errands and operational field support as required * Professional driving support for business-related tasks Key Requirements * Minimum *5 years of experience as a PRO in the UAE* * *Very strong knowledge of UAE laws, labor regulations, and government procedures* * Valid UAE driving license * *Must own a car* (mandatory) * Excellent organizational and time-management skills * High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability * Strong communication skills and professional field conduct * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Salary & Benefits * Total Salary Package: AED 8,000 (all-inclusive) * Includes fuel, parking, and Salik * Company-sponsored visa and health insurance * Stable and long-term employment opportunity * Professional and supportive working environment
