Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales for industrial motors and alternators
Identify new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with technical and service teams for customer support
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years proven sales experience in industrial motors/alternators (mandatory)
Strong technical understanding of industrial electrical equipment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and field-ready
Valid driving license
