Handle walk-in customers and shop sales
• Take and process online orders (WhatsApp / Instagram / phone)
• Prepare and pack chocolate trays and gift boxes
• Arrange chocolates neatly in boxes and trays with attention to detail
• Coordinate and manage delivery orders with drivers
• Receive, check, and manage stock and inventory
• Keep the shop, display area, and packaging area, kitchen clean and organized
• Support daily shop operations as required and events
• any additional support required from the owner

Requirements
• Previous experience in retail or food shop preferred
• Good hand skills for arranging chocolates and gift items or flowers
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions
