Job Overview:

This role involves calling leads, understanding customer needs, and converting opportunities into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound calls and provide professional customer support
• Call fresh leads, follow up, and convert qualified prospects
• Recommend suitable financial / debt management solutions
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and daily reporting
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a target-based sales or CSR role
• Strong communication, convincing, and closing skills
• Comfortable working with CRM systems
• Financial services or banking experience is an advantage
