🔹 Job Responsibilities
Store Operations & Management
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
Manage store opening/closing procedures and daily cash handling
Maintain inventory levels, stock ordering, and supplier coordination
Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper product display
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports
Sales & Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries about pets, products, prices, and availability
Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries
Follow up with customers to close sales and build long-term relationships
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally
Drive sales targets and implement strategies to increase revenue
Team Management
Lead, train, and supervise sales staff
Assign duties and monitor staff performance
Motivate the team to achieve sales and service goals
Ensure staff follow company policies and customer service standards
Marketing & Business Development
Support promotions, campaigns, and social media activities
Suggest new ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement
Coordinate with marketing for special offers and events
Help grow customer base and repeat business
Pet Care & Welfare
Ensure proper care, hygiene, and well-being of pets in the store
Guide customers on pet care basics and product selection
Maintain compliance with animal care and municipality regulations
🔹 Requirements
Previous experience as a Store Manager or Sales Manager (pet shop or retail preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and customer handling skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Ability to manage inventory and basic reporting
Passion for pets and knowledge of animal care
Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
