Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
• Promote and sell products/services over the phone
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication
• Maintain records of calls and sales using CRM tools
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM tools

• Prior tele sales or customer service experience is a plus
