Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Cash handling, billing, invoicing, and POS system operation
• Customer service, counter sales, and customer support
• Receiving payments (cash/card), issuing receipts and refunds
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Maintaining daily sales records and cash reports
• Coordinating with store staff and supervisors
• Ensuring accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction
Requirements & Skills (High-Search Keywords):
