We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Off-Plan Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Dubai’s off-plan property market. The ideal candidate will have strong developer knowledge, excellent closing skills, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle off-plan property sales across major Dubai developers
- Manage and convert company-provided leads as well as self-generated leads
- Conduct client consultations, property presentations, and project briefings
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and clients
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep accurate records using CRM systems
- Stay updated with market trends, new launches, and pricing
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure
- High commission structure – earn up to 70%
