Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents (male & female) to join our growing team. Candidates with Nepali, Indian, Pakistani, Filipino or Sri Lankan background are preferred due to client requirements. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, target-driven, and passionate about property sales and leasing.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Generate leads through calls, networking, and listings
Maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
Prepare property listings, contracts, and documentation
Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends
Requirements:
Male or Female candidates
Preferred nationalities: Nepali, Indian, Sri Lankan
Experience in UAE real estate is an advantage (freshers can also apply)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid UAE driving license preferred
