Your Role & Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, and our provided channels.
Guide clients through the entire sales/lease process, from viewing to closing.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and RERA regulations.
What We Are Looking For
Mindset Over (Specific) Experience: While prior sales or real estate experience is a plus, we highly value relentless drive, resilience, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
A Valid RERA Broker License is mandatory, or the strong commitment to obtain one immediately (we will guide you).
Fluent English is essential; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, etc.) are a major advantage.
Owns a car and possesses a valid UAE driver's license.
