Experienced Property Consultant
Sebastian & Wölf is expanding, and we’re opening a limited number of paid seats for high-caliber Property Consultants who already know how to operate in Dubai’s market.
This role is for agents with a real track record, not beginners. You’ll join a performance-driven team, handle qualified clients, and work with a brokerage built around high standards, strong systems, and real market expertise.
What You’ll Do
• Hit the sales targets and KPIs outlined in your contract.
• Qualify buyers and understand their needs with precision.
• Manage and conduct professional property viewings across Dubai.
• Advise sellers on positioning, pricing, and presenting their properties for maximum traction.
• Guide buyers through inspections and decision-making with clear market insights.
• Provide accurate advice on pricing trends, mortgages, legal steps, and current conditions.
• Ensure titles, documents, and compliance meet Dubai Land Department and RERA standards.
• Oversee the full closing process: documents, signatures, payments, and follow-through.
• Track and ensure fulfillment of contract terms within deadlines.
• Source new listings by connecting with property owners and pitching our services.
• Prepare and manage required documentation: Form A, listing forms, title deeds, IDs, etc.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE laws, off-plan and secondary markets, and financing options.
• Represent Sebastian & Wölf with professionalism, integrity, and consistency.
Compensation:
Commission Based only
What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of both secondary and off-plan markets.
• Confident communicator and skilled negotiator.
• Thrives in a target-driven environment and stays composed under pressure.
• Strong client-servicing approach and polished professional presentation.
• RERA certification preferred.
• UAE driving license and own car are advantages.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages welcome.
