We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Officer to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, support sales agents, coordinate with clients and developers, and ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office workflow.
• Prepare tenancy contracts, Form A/Bs, NOCs, and other real estate documentation.
• Update CRM systems with new listings, leads, and transactions.
• Coordinate with agents, clients, developers, and authorities (Ejari, DLD, DEWA, etc.).
• Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain property listings on portals and ensure accuracy of details.
• Assist with document collection, filing, and record keeping.
• Prepare reports, letters, and internal communications as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2–5 years of administrative experience (Real Estate industry preferred).
• Strong knowledge of DLD, RERA, Ejari, and basic real estate documentation.
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work under minimal supervision.
• Professional attitude, strong attention to detail, and organizational skills.
