Key Job Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing requisitions, posting jobs (internal/external), screening, interviewing, and offer management within platforms like LinkedIn and Workable.
Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source and headhunt passive candidates for specialized niche and senior roles, particularly within the digital, tech, and mobile apps sectors
Client Management: to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidance.
Process Improvement: Continuously enhance recruitment strategies to drive efficiency, utilizing data and metrics to improve the quality of candidates and speed of hire.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.
Reporting: Regularly update recruitment activity sheets, capture interview notes in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and report on progress to the Head of HR.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience: 3–6+ years of in-house or agency sourcing experience, preferably in the online classifieds or e-commerce sector.
Tech Proficiency: Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Dubai/UAE market for digital/tech talent.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
