Key Responsibilities
Executive & Secretarial Support
Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for management
Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion
Draft, format, and manage correspondence, emails, letters, and reports
Administrative & Office Support
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors professionally
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
Coordinate office supplies, documentation, and administrative records
Coordination & Scheduling
Arrange meetings, travel, accommodation, and logistics
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
Support onboarding activities and internal coordination
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and executive meetings
Follow-ups & Task Tracking
Track tasks, deadlines, and commitments on behalf of management
Ensure timely follow-ups with teams and stakeholders
Support reporting, summaries, and status updates
