About the Role
We are a premium chauffeur and executive transport company operating globally, not just within the UAE. We manage chauffeur services across Europe, the UK, the Middle East, and key international cities.
We are hiring a high-calibre Dispatch Manager / Account Manager to take ownership of worldwide bookings, international time zones, complex itineraries, and high-expectation clients.
This role requires exceptional geographic intelligence, flawless English, and operational confidence. If you cannot visualise routes, cities, airports, and cross-border logistics without Google Maps, this role is not for you.
Core Responsibilities
Worldwide Dispatch & Operations
Manage global chauffeur bookings across multiple countries, cities, and time zones
Dispatch and coordinate chauffeurs internationally, including airport transfers, multi-day itineraries, roadshows, and VIP movements
Instantly understand global geography: airports, city layouts, distances, travel times, border considerations, and local conditions
Anticipate operational risks related to time zones, flight changes, traffic patterns, and local regulations
Handle last-minute international changes calmly and decisively
Client & Account Management
Act as a primary point of contact for international clients, PAs, corporates, and partners
Communicate with confidence and precision in impeccable written and spoken English
Manage complex requests, amendments, and escalations without script dependency
Maintain a professional, composed tone with HNW individuals and executive-level clients
Chauffeur & Partner Coordination
Coordinate with chauffeurs and partner operators globally
Ensure chauffeurs receive clear, accurate, and complete briefings
Enforce service standards, punctuality, dress code, and client handling expectations
Resolve substitutions, delays, and operational issues without impacting client experience
Systems & Accuracy
Maintain zero-tolerance for errors in bookings, timings, addresses, or client details
Use dispatch systems, CRM, WhatsApp Business, and email with speed and precision
Ensure clean records for invoicing, reporting, and management oversight
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Applicants must meet the following:
Proven experience in chauffeur dispatch, executive transport, aviation-related ground handling, or high-end hospitality operations
Exceptional geography skills
Confident knowledge of global cities, airports, routes, and travel logic
Ability to plan journeys mentally without reliance on navigation apps
Impeccable English
Near-native written and spoken proficiency
Clear, concise, and professional communication with international clients
Ability to work under pressure across multiple time zones
Strong decision-making skills with minimal supervision
Arabic or additional languages are an advantage but do not compensate for weak English.

Not suitable for candidates who rely on Google Maps for basic geography
Not for people who struggle with written English or professional tone
