We are hiring an experienced Legal Consultant/Lawyer in Dubai to handle both legal formalities and payment recovery operations. The ideal candidate must be strong in drafting legal documents and comfortable communicating directly with clients regarding outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Court Case Management: Handle the filing of court cases and manage legal proceedings effectively.
• Legal Drafting: Draft and write legal Memos, official correspondence, and contracts.
• Legal Notices: Prepare and send legal notices for payment defaults and other disputes.
• Government Relations: Represent the company and handle matters with various government departments in Dubai.
• Payment Recovery: Actively call and follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments and negotiate settlements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with UAE/Dubai Court procedures.
• Strong command of English and Arabic
• Experience in debt recovery and handling difficult conversations with clients.
• Knowledge of drafting professional legal memos and notices.
