Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Arabic / Asian Restaurant Cook with strong skills in charcoal & grilled cooking and Afghani/Arabic style rice preparation to join our well-established restaurant group.
Specialization Required:
Charcoal / Grilled Chicken, Meat & Fish
Afghani-style rice and traditional preparations
Arabic & Asian cuisine knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards and recipes
Handle charcoal/grill station efficiently and safely
Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, equipment, and workstations
Follow food safety and HACCP guidelines at all times
Assist with food preparation, storage, and inventory management
Ensure timely service during peak hours
Minimize food waste and control kitchen costs
Discipline & Role Expectations:
