The Opportunity:
Average Deal Size: $15,000 – $25,000 (USD)
Sales Cycle: Fast (typically 2-4 weeks from "Hello" to "Paid")
Commission: 20% FLAT on every deal. (You close a standard deal, you keep $5,000 / AED 18,000 instantly).
Earning Potential: The target is $15,000 (AED 55,000) per month for on-target performers. Top performers earn significantly more.
The Package:
Base Salary: $10,000/year (~AED 3,000/mo) to cover expenses.
Visa: Full UAE Residency Visa provided if needed for the right candidate.
Location: Dubai (Hybrid – 2-3 days in office, rest remote).
What You Will Sell: You are selling a "Launch in a Box" to wealthy founders and companies launching their own cryptocurrencies.
Our client handles the Tech, Legal intros, and Strategy.
The customer gets a live token in 2 weeks.

Who We Need:
Hungry: You want to make AED 50k+ a month - not sit on a safe salary.
Sales DNA: You are comfortable sourcing your own business via Telegram, Email, LinkedIn, and any other outreach tools you can use to find Web3 clients or clients who could benefit from launching a token (this could be any industry). You're also comfortable on the phone/gMeets, handling objections, and closing high-ticket deals ($25k+).
Web3 Curious: You don't need to be a crypto expert (we can train you), but you must be willing to learn the lingo fast.
Experience: Proven track record in Real Estate, Investment Sales, or B2B SaaS is preferred.
