We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Business Operations Coordinator to assist with day-to-day operational, documentation, and account-related activities. The role is central to ensuring smooth business operations, accurate documentation, and effective coordination across internal teams and external partners.
- Key Responsibilities -
1/ Documentation Support
*Prepare, review, and organize invoices, contracts, and related business documents
*Maintain accurate and well-structured records
2/ Account Management Support
*Assist in preparing documentation for bank account openings
*Coordinate with banks and external service providers as required
3/ Company Incorporation & Administration
*Support and supervise the incorporation of new companies
*Coordinate documentation and follow up with authorities and partners
- Requirements & Skills -
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
*Strong organizational and documentation skills
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Good communication skills (written and verbal)
*Comfortable working with multiple tasks and deadlines
