ROLE OVERVIEW:
Management role responsible for daily operations of a premium showroom, sales performance and service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Full operational management of the showroom
• Team management (sales consultants): scheduling, discipline, training
• Execution of sales plans and KPIs set by Head of Sales
• Control of conversion rate, average ticket and customer experience
• Maintaining premium service standards and showroom presentation
• Handling VIP clients and complex customer cases
• Coordination of in-store promotions and events
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS):
• Proven experience as Showroom Manager or Retail Manager in a **premium segment**
(tableware, lifestyle, home décor or similar categories)
• Strong understanding of **value-based selling** (not price-driven)
• Experience managing a sales team and daily showroom operations
• High service standards and attention to detail
Language: Excellent English and excellent Russian
• Arabic is a strong advantage
