A Sharjah-based BTL production house is looking for an experienced sales coordinator who can meet the below job description. Candidates with no experience in sales coordination and/or proven client servicing and/or customer support experience will not be considered, and please DO NOT APPLY:
- Highly proficient in understanding/reading & written English and MUST be able to communicate/write emails independently.
- Excellent customer service and customer handling abilities.
- Must have effective sales skills by making the company's products and services attractive to potential customers.
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all sales representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Overseeing urgent calls, emails, and messages PROMPTLY without delay when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates.
- Handling orders by phone and email.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments like the production/logistics department to ensure sales queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records like job orders/sales invoices/delivery orders and providing them to the accounts/finance department.
