• Up-to-date knowledge of the UAE real estate market to enhance team performance
• Responsible for driving company sales and managing the team to achieve monthly targets
• Daily reporting to the company owner on sales performance and team progress
• Must have own transportation
• Bold, flexible personality with a results-driven mindset
• Experience with lead generation, CRM systems, and property portals
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
