We are looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and providing an excellent customer experience across phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining appropriate solutions
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
