Water Company based in UAQ (Um Al Quwain), seeking customer service agents :
Key Responsibilities (Brief) :
• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp queries, app support and queries from all other sources.
• Make outbound cold calls to follow up with leads, enquiries, and inactive customers.
• Convert enquiries into orders and promote offers when applicable.
• Create and update orders/complaints in the CRM.
• Coordinate with delivery teams for delivery-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure high service satisfaction.
Requirements (Brief):
• Experience in customer service and basic sales/cold calling.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (other languages hold an advantage).
• Basic CRM/computer skills.
• Ability to meet daily call productivity and conversion targets.
