We are looking for a professional female Housekeeper to work part-time in a prestigious private residence in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess refined taste, a strong leadership personality, and extensive experience in managing and coordinating household affairs according to the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities:
• Supervising and managing the household staff team efficiently.
• Organizing and delivering high-end hospitality services and receiving guests in a professional and elegant manner.
• Managing and coordinating daily household operations to ensure smooth and well-organized activities.
• Coordinating with external suppliers and service providers when required.
• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and discretion within the household.
• Managing small private gatherings and home events professionally.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a House Manager in private residences or luxury hotels.
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a multi-tasking team.
• Highly professional attitude with excellent etiquette and presentation.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; English proficiency is preferred.
• Flexibility to work according to the household’s needs.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and privacy.
Employment Type: Part-Time

المسؤوليات:
• الإشراف على فريق العمل المنزلي وتوجيهه بكفاءة.
• تنظيم وترتيب خدمات الضيافة واستقبال الضيوف بأسلوب راقٍ ومهني.
• إدارة وتنظيم الأعمال اليومية داخل المنزل لضمان الانسيابية والدقة.
• التنسيق مع الموردين والخدمات الخارجية حسب الحاجة.
• الحفاظ على أعلى معايير النظافة والنظام والخصوصية.
• إدارة المناسبات واللقاءات المنزلية الصغيرة باحترافية.
المتطلبات:
• خبرة مثبتة في منصب مدبرة منزل أو House Manager ضمن منازل خاصة أو فنادق فاخرة.
• مهارات قيادية ممتازة وقدرة على إدارة فريق متعدد المهام.
• لياقة عالية في التعامل ومظهر أنيق واحترافي.
• إجادة اللغة العربية، ويفضّل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
• مرونة في العمل حسب احتياجات المنزل.
• التزام تام بالسرية والخصوصية.
