Job Title: Real Estate Agent (With Car & Driving License)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a valid UAE driving license and their own car. Candidates with a RERA certificate are preferred, but those with an expired RERA are also welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Conduct property viewings with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and buyers
• Promote and market property listings through different platforms
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers
• Keep up to date with the Dubai real estate market
• Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions
Requirements:
• Own car and valid UAE driving license (required)
• RERA certification (valid or expired)
• Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Previous real estate experience is a plus
