Our International Brand is looking for male & female Reception Cum Sales executives
Position Requirements:
• Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or any relevant field
• Have 1 to 2 years of experience in relevant position, especially sales.
• Good IT knowledge & proficiency in using computers / MS Office.
• Be of a professionally presentable personality.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Possess good communication skills. (English / Hindi / Arabic)
• Good administrative writing skills, Reporting & Coordination skills.
• Age 35 years old and below
• Open to freshers with excellent communication skills
• Must be highly presentable and knows how to develop rapport with clients
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities to include but not limited to;
• Receiving guests and giving them a tour of the health club.
• Answering calls, messages, and emails.
• Front line sales & marketing. Being able to close deals on the spot.
• Database management.
• Writing Invoices and reports. Welcome and greet clients in the club ensuring that each and every customer is getting professional service.
• Offer customer satisfaction and overall operations control that includes ensuring the health club is always tidy, cashiering and updating of daily sales report.
• Develop good relationship with clients and can do indoor and outdoor sales, up selling and business development. (as the need arises)
• Assist clients – in club, offsite, etc. Collects payments and process through POS
• Help implement plan to promote products to potential.
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai / Ajman / Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
