Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our team, specializing in both Off-Plan and Secondary Market properties. Freshers are welcome! If you have a passion for sales and want to build a career in Dubai’s booming real estate industry, we will provide you with training and full support.
Responsibilities:
✅ Promote and sell both off-plan and ready properties.
✅ Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
✅ Stay updated on the latest real estate market trends and developer projects.
✅ Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals between buyers and sellers.
✅ Advise clients on property investment opportunities and market conditions.
✅ Ensure smooth documentation and transaction processes.
✅ Meet sales targets and company goals.
Requirements:
✔️ Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome!
✔️ Passion for sales and real estate.
✔️ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔️ Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a plus (training provided).
✔️ Own car & valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
✔️ Fluency in English (Arabic/Russian/Urdu is a plus).
