Job Description
As a Project/Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
✅ Organizing and managing teams to be assigned to work sites.
✅ Communicating, interacting, and meeting with customers to understand their needs.
✅ Taking measurements and discussing alternative solutions with customers.
✅ Reporting back to management with updates on daily progress.
✅ Arranging supplies and handling employee queries.
Requirements
✔️ Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the UAE.
✔️ Valid UAE driver’s license.
✔️ Fluency in English, Arabic, and Hindi.
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Strong knowledge of resource management.
✔️ Confident, positive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
