We're launching our new office on Sheikh Zayed Road, and we're looking for five highly experienced and ambitious real estate professionals to be the driving force behind our growth.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking seasoned agents with a minimum of 3+ years of consistent real estate experience in Dubai who are ready to transition into a leadership capacity. We have specific needs for:

- British National Team Leader
- GCC Arab National Team Leader
- Indian National Team Leader
- Pakistan National Team Leader (Hired)

Your Journey from Agent to Leader:
You'll start as a high-performing Senior Sales Agent for your first 4-6 months, actively closing deals and leveraging IQI Global's immense resources. As we ramp up, you'll then transition into a Team Leader role, where you'll be fully empowered to recruit, train, and manage your own team of at least 5 agents within the following months. Your team will be responsible for lead generation, nurturing developer relationships, and achieving significant sales targets - using the IQI GLOBAL platform and resources / support.
