Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and welcome visitors professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and appointment scheduling
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area
Provide administrative support to various departments
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Ensure a smooth and positive guest and client experience
Keep records of office supplies and front desk inventory
Walk-in Interview Details:

Time: 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM daily
Location: King Faisal Street, Sharjah
