*Job Description*
We are looking for a highly motivated, stylish, and professional female candidate (European/Western nationalities) to join our luxury retail team. The successful candidate will not only be skilled in luxury sales but also demonstrate a genuine passion for learning about the knotted carpets industry, high-end arts and relevant craftsmanship. She will play a key role in presenting high-end products with confidence, building strong customer relationships, and managing day-to-day store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and engage customers in a professional and elegant manner.
* Present and sell luxury products with confidence, elegance, and deep product knowledge.
* Develop a strong understanding of Knotted carpets, high-end art and luxury craftsmanship to educate and inspire clients.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships (CRM).
* Negotiate effectively with clients, close sales and use the accounting software to update sales data.
* Manage daily store operations and support the sales team when needed.
* Present products in front of the camera for online/social media promotions.
* Deliver upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales.
* Resolve client complaints or issues quickly and professionally.
Extract sales reports from sales/accounting software as needed.
Requirements:
* Gender: Female (European/Western nationalities only)
* Experience: Proven background in luxury sales, retail store management, or customer-facing roles.
* Language: Fluent and professional English (additional languages such as Russian, or Arabic are a strong plus).
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
* Well-groomed, and fashionable appearance.
* Non-smoker (strict requirement).
* Highly motivated, result-driven, and able to work under pressure.
* Knowledge of luxury brands and current retail trends.
* Skills in interior design / decoration are a strong advantage.
* Ability to lead and train team members when required.
* Familiarity with digital sales and social media presence is preferred. Familiarity with accounting/sales software (such as Zoho) is preferred.
* Strong motivation to learn and grow in the Knotted carpet industry, arts and luxury retail sector.
Working Hours:
* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (standard)
* Occasional rotational shifts on certain days
