We are looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support a 7-year-old boy with mild autism during school hours in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one support during school hours (approx. 7:30am – 2:30pm).
• Assist with focus, organization, and classroom participation.
• Encourage social interaction and communication with peers/teachers.
• Ensure a patient, caring, and consistent presence in the classroom.
Requirements:
• Previous experience with children (experience in inclusion/autism support preferred).
• Reliable, professional, and committed to long-term support.
• Based in Dubai and available to start soon.
Offer:
• Salary: AED 2500-3000 per month (depending on experience).
• Full-time role, 5 days per week, within school hours.
