We are seeking a reliable, organized, and focused Administrative Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
-Answer, screen, and route phone calls accurately.
-Support HR, Admin, and Operations in day-to-day administrative tasks/documentation, and follow-ups.
-Create and maintain updated contact lists, directories, and internal communications.
-Provide general administrative support to managers.
Maintain professionalism at all times when interacting with colleagues, clients.
-Monitor office and pantry supplies; prepare purchase requests as needed.
-Coordinate travel arrangements when needed—hotel bookings, ticketing, meeting schedules.
-Perform any other tasks assigned by the Administration or HR Manager
