A reputable company in International City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is looking for an Administrative Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations, handle documentation, coordinate tasks, and assist management with administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle filing, document preparation, and data entry
Assist in coordinating meetings, schedules, and communication
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff
Prepare basic reports, emails, and correspondence
Support HR and management with routine tasks
Ensure the office environment remains organised and professional
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative or office support roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and handle work efficiently
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Must be currently based in Dubai
