- Previous experience in F&B, as a cook/chef is must
- Need Asian Food experience/knowledge including Noodles, Fried rice, momos, dimsum, chilli chicken, lollypop etc.
- Must have the capacity to manage the department
- Opportunity to lead, train assistants and to build a team
