Job Description: Telecalling Executive
We are seeking a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to handle customer calls, convert leads into sales, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for long-term retention.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Address customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain detailed call logs, customer feedback, and follow-up records
Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Confident, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to convince customers and handle objections
Basic understanding of sales techniques
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in telesales or customer support
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
