About the Role We are a busy veterinary clinic providing medical care, treatment, and support to pets and community animals. The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and plays a critical role in clinic operations, communication, and client experience. This role requires strong communication skills, discipline, accuracy, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced medical environment. Key Responsibilities Client Communication Greet clients professionally in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp Handle appointment bookings, confirmations, follow-ups, and reminders Clearly explain clinic services, procedures, pricing, and policies Manage client expectations with empathy and professionalism Coordinate communication between doctors, nurses, and clients Front Desk & Operations Register patients accurately in the clinic system Create and close invoices, collect payments, and issue receipts Ensure all treatments, tests, and services are correctly billed Maintain accurate client and patient records Manage daily appointment schedules and doctor availability Clinic Coordination Assist in patient admissions and discharges Prepare consent forms and ensure they are signed correctly Follow up on hospitalized patients as instructed by doctors Support smooth workflow between reception, treatment, and medical teams Administrative Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area Handle basic administrative tasks and reports Follow clinic SOPs, protocols, and confidentiality rules strictly Requirements (Mandatory) ✔ Currently living in Abu Dhabi ✔ Available to join immediately ✔ Previous experience in a veterinary clinic, medical clinic, or customer service role ✔ Strong spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage) ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ✔ Ability to work under pressure and handle emotional situations ✔ Basic computer skills (billing systems, WhatsApp, email, scheduling) ✔ Professional appearance and attitude ❌ Do not apply if you are outside Abu Dhabi or need a long notice period.
