ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide day-to-day personal and lifestyle support to ensure tasks, errands, and household/personal matters are handled efficiently. Focus is on life management, not executive/business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Coordination
• Manage personal appointments (doctors, salons, fitness, family, etc.)
• Coordinate travel bookings, reservations, and household calendars
• Set reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, and key renewals
Errands & Personal Tasks
• Handle online orders, returns, and deliveries
• Manage household services (cleaning, repairs, utilities, internet, etc.)
• Grocery lists, shopping coordination, and bill payment reminders
• Arrange & manage car insurance in Dubai
• Track and cancel unused subscriptions
Communication Support
• Screen and organize personal calls, messages, and emails
• Draft simple correspondence (thank-you notes, reminders, confirmations)
• Assist in separating WhatsApp Business & Personal communication
• Follow up on pending tasks and confirmations
Organization
• Keep track of personal documents, IDs, and renewals (licenses, passports, memberships)
• Maintain checklists for recurring household or lifestyle tasks
Lifestyle Assistance
• Research personal needs (restaurants, gifts, travel destinations, health providers)
• Support family/personal events or small gatherings
• Compare mobile/data plans and other services
• Arrange fitness, wellness, or recreational activities
Requirements
• Prior Personal Assistant (or similar) experience ONLY
• High discretion and trustworthiness for sensitive/personal matters
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple personal tasks simultaneously
Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
• Clear and timely communicator (written + verbal)
• Tech-savvy with common apps (calendars, messaging, travel booking, online shopping)
