We are seeking a highly organized and professional Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and professionally.
• Maintain organized records, files, and databases for easy accessibility.
• Support management and staff with administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure smooth office operations and maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus (Arabic).
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Available in Abu Dhabi (own or transferable visa preferred)
Salary Range
• Junior admin: AED 3,500 – 4,500
• Experienced secretary: AED 5,000 – 6,000
(Depends on experience, language skills, and visa status)
